Do I need to understand smart home technologies?
No. Everything is configured by our engineers. Your only role is to describe how you want to live: 'I want lights to turn off automatically when I leave' or 'I don't want to think about heating'. We translate that into engineering.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Nothing changes. All automations — lighting, climate, security — run 100% locally inside the panel controller. Internet is only needed for remote access and monitoring.
Can I control the system myself after handover?
Yes. You get access to the digital portal with an intuitive interface. Everyday actions — switching scenes, viewing temperatures, or messaging us — are available from your phone.
How much does maintenance cost after installation?
Basic telemetry monitoring and platform access are included with every project. Extended service packages with scheduled visits and priority response are available on demand.
Is this suitable for apartments or only villas?
For any property: apartments, villas, townhouses, or commercial spaces. The architecture and technologies are customized to your property's size and budget.
Can I add a smart home after the renovation is finished?
Yes. The scope depends on the property: some solutions can be installed without opening finished surfaces, while a new renovation lets us plan cables and equipment locations from the start.
